Hi, This is Balaji. S. Regarding my Credit Card payment I am using it for more than 3 yrs. For past few months I was unable to pay the amount properly since I dont have job now beacuse of few month before i meet on Accident that is the i left my job. And for the month of April I was unable to pay at the due date and I got ac all from HDFC executive tat he come to collect the amout directly. But I asked him to come the next day since I was in critical situation. Without knowing these problems I got a call from HDFC number 04423748610, 04442957100 who behaved so illerately and used harsh words and threatened that my name will be in defaulters list!!! Is this the way a bank executive behaves to a 3 yrs card holder and who has savings account at HDFC?? Jus want to take severe action against tis concerned person
