I bought Appolo munich health insurance policy through policy bazar. I have been made to buy it online but due to some age concern, it couldn't be possible. Afterward I have been given link through Email to pay by netbanking and produce the concerning documents along with the form. Inaccordance with the advice given by policy bazar agent, I made a payment of Rs 6639/- on 01/02 with tr.id.-101202001296467IG89817432.As I was told to pay on policy link through ICICI debit card if I want to get rid of documentation, I paid it through the same an amount 6639.18 with the id. VIN/APOLLO MUNI0203190639/0 . At the second time payment I was given assurance of refund of first time payment which was made by me through netbanking in seven days. But alas! no payment yet received
