CREDIT CARD ISSUE

Respected Sir,

Myself CHANDANSINGH UDAYSINGH KAUSHAL having CREDIT CARD number 5176XXXXXXXX7001 of ICICI BANK wish to bring following incidences in your kind notice:-

1) On 9th July I have recieved call from mobile no. 8433459887 of Advocate Sanjana who told me that on behalf of ICICI Bank she is applying for NON BAILABLE WARRANT in MUMBAI Court as some amount is due on my card. She told me that allready 3 SUMMONS are being served to my earlier company of M/S FDC Limited, MUMBAI address & as I have not responded to so they are filling case for NON BAILABLE WARRANT. She has given my case number 300323/FF/10 as per her records & also given mobile number of Mr. Ankush 9892923181 (Relationship Manager) for settelement of my CREDIT CARD Account.

2) When I have contracted Mr. Ankush 9892923181 (Relationship Manager) for settelement of my CREDIT CARD Account he told me that my balance is Rs.13, 002/-(Rs. Thirteen Thousand and Two Only/-) but as Bank wish to settel the account I need to pay Rs.6, 777/-(Rs. Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Seven Only/-) as base amount charges OR bank will proceed for procecution & ultimately taking NON BAILABLE WARRANT on 10th July. I have asked him to kindly send my account statement as I have not received any account statement for the last five years, for which he told me that as per RBI directives the bank is keeping records for last three years only & as my last transaction was way back in 2006 so it is not possible for him to give whole account statement but he is going to send accont statement for last three years on my mail id immidiately. After this I have reminded Mr. Ankush (Relationship Manager) twice to send account statement on my mail id but he has not sent the same.

3) On 10th July Tuesday I have tried atleast 10-12 times to contact Mr. Ankush & Advocate Sanjana on their Mobile numbers but they have not picked up their phone.

4) On 11th July Wednesday I have contacted customer care number 9890478000, told the whole incidence under the reference number SR 23089818 and later in the day asked for my full account details under the reference number 230957037 .

I have filed freash complint by email to [email protected] & given copy to RBI on [email protected]. In my complaint I have asked ICICI Bank for written clarifications on following :-

a) Please send me copies of COURT SUMMONS sent to my earlier company FDC LIMITED, MUMBAI address.

b) When you are having my PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS & phone number then why COURT SUMMONS/ LEGAL NOTICES are not served on my PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS .

c) Why your own employees Mr. Ankush (Relationship Manager) & Advocate Sanjana are not giving proper information, trying to manipulate the things as per their own convenience & not following RBI directives. As they are your employee then you are also equally responsible for their statements/actions.
