My credit was debited Rs 1295 on 26/11 for CCP Assistance without my knowledge. I called CCP for refund but there is no response till date. In fact, the origin of this issue is, a phone banking executive of ICICI bank who made this unwanted proposal and registered this service on behalf of me. I feel that the ICICI bank phone banking executive cheated me by registering this service. (I called ICICI bank toll free number for getting some information about balance transfer). I don't want this CCP service. Please help me get out this CCP service.
