Hi,
i took kotak life insurance last year for tax benefit.
In which i need to pay 15000/year for minimum of 3yrs.(which i dint knew about it).
they would have called me and can debited this amount after my confirmation for continuation for three years.
without my notice they have dropped a cheque to debit 15000 from my account.
because of in sufficient founds, the cheque got bounced back.and i was charged the below mentioned amount.

as a total of (400/-).
i want that amount to be reimbursed
please do needful accordingly.
