Settlement of my standard charted payment

Hi,

My name is pooja and my email id is [email protected]. I used to have a standard charted card 4-5 years back and now I have been told that there is an outstanding balance of Rs 20000 against this card. I have not been using this card for the last 4 years and have no clue what this payment is all about.

I have been calling your customer service # to make me speak to someone in collections but they are not doing that as they need to verify some details, which I do not have as this card was with me 4 years back.

Kindly help me to speak to someone in collections to get this account settled. You can send me the calling details on the email id I have mentioned above and I will contact the person to get this settled
