Dear Sir,

My wife's mobile number is 9894070031. I am at your service since 2005. Now I have four numbers of your service as prerpaid. So I want to disconnect my 999 scheme for my mobile No. 9894070031. I have approached your office at Trichy for that. But I was directed to contact them between 1 and 10 of every month. Due to my work nature I was unable to contact them in that dates. At last, by the last month they advised me to contact you through their phone. At customer service, they guided me to mail my complaint. In between I have received so many bills. Now the latest bill shows to pay Rs.1386/-. I come to say that I have not used this number for the last 6 months. But I have no information for the expiry of my 999 scheme. Without talking a single second I have been charged to pay Rs.1386/- As I am your prolonged customer and even now I am holding 3 mobiles in prepaid scheme of yours, I request you to cut off the charges after expiry of my 999 scheme in my mobile No.9894070031. If I have been advised to contact you well in advance, I would do so. So there was no proper guidance given to me to contact you. So this belated contact from me..
