Provident fund withdrawl

Dear Sir,

M wife was resigned from the company at my home place kerala about 2 years back. PF of the company was managing by private consultancy CHENNAI TRANZE. I was submitted my request for PF cancellation to withdraw the amount & the said agency informed me that their procedure completed in the PF office chennai. I was waiting more than 6 months since I sumitted the PF cancellation form. Ref NO: TN/50690/2867.

Kindly do needful to withdraw my PF amount.
