Subject: Full & Final Settlement Not Done
Respected Sir / Ma'am,
My name is "Saurabh Hans" and I had worked full time in a reputed Company named: M/s Kamdhenu Ispat Limited, Gurgaon for a Period of 2 Years and 3 Months from June, 5 till September, 4, against the Employement Code of 0155 ; P.F No. RJ-19603/90 and was designated as Manager-Project Sales in Kamdhenu Paints Division. I resigned due to some Personal reasons as per the Company Rules by giving them the prior Notice of 1 Month. I was relieved on Septemeber, 4 along with the Company's Formal Relieving Letter.
But the most unethical, unjustified & most Painful thing is that, now its been more than 10 months of me Relieving from the Company, and inspite of my numerous & Constant Request/Reminder Mails and phone calls to the Company, they are not doing my Full and Final payment settlement. This is really very sad to see such a pathetic Professional attitude from such a Corporate Business house of the Country. A Public Listed Company (Kamdhenu Ispat Limited) showings such a non responsible attitude towards its ex-employees is very shameful.
It may be noted that my- Two months salary (July, Aug.) ; 3 Months Transport & Daily Allowances (June, July, August) ; and other few Allowances like Performance Allowances/LTA/Medical Allowances and few other payments are to be paid by Kamdhenu Ispat Limited.
I humbly request the concerned Authorities to look into the matter and do the needful.
