I have applied for birth certificate (with name certificate) of my daughter on 02.06.2010 at Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043 MCD office, opposite Suraj Cinema Hall. After ten days when I reached MCD office Najafgarh, they told me that you may contact at our second/regional office at Kakrola More, same day I went to Kakrola office, but they simply replied to me that server is down you may contcat to this office after one week, if you should if urgently basis, so give two hundred rupees and collect the certificate on the very next day. I denied to gave the bribe and till the time to till now i contact to this office on daily basis but i have not found / collect the certificate. MR. SONU (I/C Branch) and MR. Shantnu (Supervisor) says to me " CHAKKAR KATNE SE JUCH NAHI HOGA TABHI PASE DE DETE TO AB TAK KAM HO GAYA HOTA"
Sir I want to know that will i collect the certificate without giving bribe or not,
It is requested that take a suitable action against these officers (which are connected with any private/undertaking firm)
Note:- Their office time is only 12 PM to 12.30 PM only as per I/C Branch MR Sonu.
