Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & poor service of dealer (Ramaiyah Gas Agency, Valasara wakkam, Chennai.)

This is to inform you that i had made a booking 2 months before and shifted house from Iyyappanthangal to Kattupakkam. After 10 days it reached my old house in iyyappanthankal and delivery incharge called me and informed kattupakkam also comes under same dealer jurisdiction and he assured that he would give to kattupakkam delivery incharge. I did not get cylinder from kattupakkam delivery incharge even after more than 10 days daily several times remainder in phones (two delivery incharge & Gas agency) then I was told to present gas agengy office physically and change the address in record. I changed my address in record. and then i called (till 4 days before) twice in every day i was told that it will come tomorrow in every time. I called agency 4 days before, they replied that cylinder was supplied 22 days before, now you can book for next cylinder. I told my situation she said that some mistake has happened and it will reach you today. Till now I have not received cylinder after waiting two months also.

If we call the agency every time we have to tell the story but they are not taking it seriously simply they leave the matter. There was no system to register and follow up the calls / complaints.

I am having only one cylinder.

Please take necessary action against this poor service dealer and get the cylinder to me.
