Delay the gas service and rude behaviou

Dear sir,

my consumer number is 17542

I am very much frustrating with your booking & delivery services.

I had booked my gas on 20th april. But I haven't yet got my refill gas. This is not a first time, so many times. After that I am called to concern gas agency the officer replied to me we are delivered your gas on 21/Aprl through our delivery man bhure lal and officer provide the delivery man mobile no. Whan I called up that man he is talking like head of the department and told us what can you do you can I don’t have any slip related your consumer no. So sir who is the responsible to delay this service agency burey lal (delivery boy) or consumers if you can do any thing for us please do need fully or take the action agenst concern person
