Dear Sir,
I have been using Indane Gas since last two years I am facing lot of problem in delivery every month.
Every time I am visiting our service agency for my delivery. Their regular answer is "You'll get in a week".
They are taking almost 35-45 days for delivery after getting our booking confirmation.
Last two months I am directly visiting the agency and collecting the cylinder myself.
Three months back I have given complaint in Indian Oil Corporation Limited Office, Teynampet.
I have booked on 30th March. Today 30th April, I have visited the gas agency,
but they are giving wrong promise and saying again it will another one week for delivery.
I cannot run behind the gas agency people every month.
So Please take necessary action against our gas distribution agency to make the delivery on time.
