Dear sir,
I have booked 5 tickets from madgaon to calicut for 23rd of june on 13th june using the online reservation service of irctc. But when i tried to make the payment it is said that the transaction is not possible. I didnt get any pnr number and a sum of Rs.1430/- was debited from my account on 13th june.

when i enquired in the railway office the ticket booking has not been registered and directed me to register a complaint in the respective site.
kindly take this into consideration and please refund the above amount that has been debited from my account as soon as possible.
