IRCTC failed transaction

I tried to book a ticket TODAY through irctc. Allepey express, from tatanagar to rourkela.

But when i clicked pay the page showed an error: Error 500 : Internal server error. this happened twice. The ticket was not booked and money was cut from my SBI account. (140 140) I want my money back. Kindly help.
