Today i have booked a Rail ticket online on irctc .co.in from ambala cant to mumbai central dated 18/7/12
The amount has been deducted from my bank account and suddenly the screen shows page expired from 4 hours i am trying to get in touch with toll free nos, railway enquires never got the right selection option nor could spoke to any human, how can we get in touch with irctc when such a thing happens how an i going to get my ticket or the amout back
Irctc does not have any option on there site for such instance when amount is deducted and ticket not booked.
Hope you find me a solution soon.
