Espected sir,
i had booked a honda activa on 22nd of march that time they had told us 2 months waiting but at the same time they gave some one else a new activa in just a month i have proof reguarding this.when i went to them complaining about it they told that the other customer had paid advance full payment.they also told me to do so and told that they will give me my activa betweeen the period 15th may.to 20th may.every time i go to the showroom they give a negative response and are very rude.their attitude towards customers is like they think they are the kings.almost all the sales faculty in aditya honda vasai is corrupt and are causing serious trouble for the customers .few names in this are jatin, sachin.etc.these are the sales faculty.
from monetary point of view i guess they might be giving this vehicles to the dealers who offer spot delivery by taking huge premiums .in which these people might be getting something.even they are causing a artificial scarcity of activa which is more in demand and its leading to increase in the mrp of vehicle.
