This regarding the refund of the tickets which were booked for 10.45PM show instead of 10.45AM (due to bookmyshow's technical issue). I discussed with the manager of wave cinema, Lucknow for my problem and he asked me to return the ticket at the ticket counter and assured me to give the money back once the tickets have been sold to other person who wants 10.45PM show on same day.
1 day later I went there to take my money back. On the ticket counter, the executive asked that manager is on leave so she asked to come later for taking ticket money back. She informed that my tickets have been sold and manager will call me on my cell number.
But 10 days have been passed no call I received.
Can you please help me regarding this. My bookingid was: WVLK0000466792 (DATE 15 july) (Movie - "Bol Bachchan")
