Dear Sir,
I have been following up with Dell for servicing and repairing of my workstation from more than a week now.
Dell support is not even close to award winning. They give reasons like the part (SMPS) is not available in India and needs to be shipped and hence the delay.
The details of the complaint are Support Request - 73894BS - Dell Precision WorkStation T3500 - Case #: 20100802025212338 (KMM11643553I23241L0KM)
Please address this problem as soon as possible as this means business loss to me. Dell is very callous in its approach to service clients.
