Ought a laptop on 22nd july, encountered a problem on with battery chargingwithin a week, submited the nstrument on 26th july and still waiting for response, but unfortnately i don`t have any clue when i am going to get it back.
pls, update ASAP on my no., request to replace with new since problem has occured within a week.heard the problem is with motherboard.
