I've never seen such an idiotic HR in my entire.. He explains his company as the leading software MNC but the recruitment process is bullshit..
Even without completing the interview he asks for money to join into that company.
here are the payment details.
Hr will ask 10, 0000 and 2 years bond first one year they will paid 4000 rs only up to 6 months after completing 6 months they will pay 8000
after one year they will not increase you are salary...
Please don't join this company and waster your career.. any time they will push u out & there will be no hike according to your expectation.. once your task has been finished.. just they will throw u out.. They don't have proper managements Skills..
if you want leave after one year they won t give your reliving .hr will ask you 20, 0000 for reliving
