Lenova 450 laptop-2k2
Extention of warranty

I purchased lenova 450 lap top 2k2 model serial no cbq 0349529) from foccus solution eranaulam on 28 -09-2009.but in lenova company details the purchasing date is 03-08-2009 and the warranty ends in 04-09-2010.this is wrong. the real purchase date was 28-10-2009 and the warranty valid up 28-10-2010.now my lap top has a major complaint.the service center did not accept my lap for servicing becacuse my warranty period is over in company records.so please change and correct the company records urgently for getting the warranty.this is my reminding letter.i potsted this complaint on 8-10-2010 but didnt get replay.
