Delay in delivering the cylinde

I booked for the gas cylinder on 21st Dec. The cylinder has not been delivered till date. I have a single gas connection and every time I call them up, they will reply that I will get it tomorrow. My consumer number is 32776 - Prasanna Gas Agency, Korattur. Its really frustrating to follow up even after booking.

Please do something to make a flawless delivery system.
