OBC Certificate pending

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have applied for the OBC (JAT) certificate in Kanjhwala court.

The enquiry had also been done in March itself. The officers told us that I will receive the Certificate by courier & that all the formalities have been done.

But unfortunately I couldn't get it till date... I have applied in many exams on its basis & now i required it ASAP.

Kindly do the needfull & guide me that I should do next so as to expedite the delivery of the same.
