1. First complain lodged on 30/5, vide docket no: 9003 with Sah Agencies 26/1 pollak street kolkata, attended on 15/6 gully found to be defective .assured early spare replacement but nothing done.
2. Second complain lodged on 27/6, vide docket no: 9168 with Sah Agencies with same address. Attended on 07/7, but nothing done - spare not replaced.
3. Third complain lodged on 09/07, vide docket no:1639 with Cinni Service Center Kolkata (ph: 03365228512). Attended on 16/7, same problem detected but nothing done.
The 16'' regular pedestal fan was bought on 21/07 [model no;105971] and the xerox copies of the cash memo and the guarantee card were submitted with every complain.
