Eakage of product due to company's service negligence

This Complaint is in regard to my Handrohe Axor Montreaux DN15 that was installed in my home master bathroom about 3 years ago along with 3 other Hansghroe exclusive units.

I had engaged the services of Hansgrohe India about 6 weeks ago to service my above mentioned shower equipment. I would like to mention that the equipment was working fine, however, the water in India the water is not filtered and can carry sediments, hence I figured that it would be wise to keep the unit clean of any accumulated sediments. Hansgrohe India sent one Mr. Arun to service the unit. He did the same and returned, however, after the service the water pressure out of the shower was lower than before the service.

I asked Mr Arun to come back and check the same. During his second visit, he opened the main chamber and one of the parts got broken, and now the shower has been leaking hot water as the part was the shut off / selector unit. When he spoke to me, he mentioned that the part was damaged and that he would replace it shortly.

After 2 days when he did not call back, I called the Hansgrohe helpline and was informed by Mr Adin that no such information about replacing a part was available with him. He later informed me that the part (which was damaged by a Hansgrohe service personnel) would now cost me Rupees 18, 000 (eighteen thousand).

Upon subsequent conversations with Mr Adin I was asked to Call Ms Anita (RM) Hansgrohe. I tried calling her several tomes to complaint her phone did not answer. I was later called by one Mr. Sandeep (he was very rude on the phone) who said that he would let me know after speaking with the service consultant. Mr Sandeep sent me an sms 3 days ago stating that the service consultant (Arun) has said that he did not break the equipment and therefore, he would let me know after speaking with the service partners. I have still not had any further response from them.

My problem now, is that, I have a broken shower (which was working fine before the service consultant Mr Arun opened the unit), with leaking hot water and no one to fix it. I fear that I will have to spend Rs. 18, 000 for something that I should not be in order to get this fixed and will also have to wait for another 6 - 8 weeks before this problem is resolved.

On top of all this the mannerism of Mr Sandeep over the phone has been very rude and I have had a very bad experience with the Hansgrohe India in this whole affair.

No one has contacted me after that from Hansgrohe India.
