IFB has entered into a service and maintainance contract with me on
December for my IFB MIcrowave. The appliance has been malfunctioning and is out of order since the past three months many times. The latest is the PCB which the service technician took away and said would replace it within three days. Over two weeks have passed and now the technician says that the said part is no longer available in the company. The same PCB was malfunctioning since January ans was repaired easlier under the promise that it would be soon replaced. I have been cheated under this contract and I wish to get my service contract money back.
If the parts were not available the company (IFB) had no business entering into the service contract.
