Service not done & handsfree not available

Dear Sir/Madam

I have given my handset for service as dust is going in screen, antenna problem and handsfree to be replaced (Handset is in warranty). It takes them three weeks to solve just the antena problem. Rest is not done and my handset is returned to me without

clearing screen & handsfree now whenever I call them they say stock is not available.

What I had to do?
