I bought a new nokia c5-03 on 10-08. the handsfree (earphone) they provided with the set is not working properly. i am unable to change the tracks and attend the calls using the handsfree button. though this handsfree is working properly with other phone of nokia. means there is no problem in handsfree. today, when i went to NOKIA CARE (gandhi chowk, sonipat) for the same cause, they asked me to buy another handsfree which works properly with this set.
this is the problem faced by all of my friends using C5-03. i want that nokia must provide me the handsfree which is compatible with this set without any cost. kindly help me in this regard
