I placed order for the mobile phone.order no.107137.it was not despatched earlier as expected. The courier service selected had no office in my city. on inquiry for three days they said that the product has not reached their office. I had to spend lot of money for making calls to custmore servie and courier servis. only after the fourth day they inform me when i inquire that the parcel is lying at their Anand office and they expect me to collect from their office at Anand which is a different city and about 22 ms.from NDIAD.. oN FURTHER ASKING THEY SAID THAT IT WAS TRIED ONCE FOR DELIVER AND NO BODY TOOK THE DELIVERY AS SUCH THEY WILL NOT MAKE SECOND ATTEMT FOR DELIVER AT HOME.aS FAR AS I KNOW NO BODY HAS INFORMED ME THAT THE DELIVERY MAN IS COMING ONA PARTICULAR DATE AND TIME..my mobile no. is given and you must have mentionred on the parcel. In the circumstances the courier should have inform me in advance but they failed . and the result is i have not received the ordred phone and they must have returned the parcel back to the co..When delivery charges of Rs.200 are charged it is the responsibility of the co. to deliver the goods at homr through the suitable corruier service. In Nadiad there are more than ten such servies having daily service from any part of main cities of India.. Altimately because of the rud bahaviour of the courrier co. and bad service i the co. has lost one customer and an order worth rs.5000 I would now never advice or suggest for the purchase from your co.to any one else.
