I had earlier complained regarding a small visual problem in the display of my TV, for which an engineer has made a visit 6 months ago. The engineer told that its not a problem and the TV is ok. Now that problem has worsend and also a vertical line is appearing since yesterday.
A complaint has been lodged at customercare but they have informed that the warranty is over by 2 months and now the services would be chargable.
Its already 15 days and no responsible resolution has ben received yet.
