I had requested for a change in my sim from prepaid to postpaid. I received a new sim after verifications and was informed that my number would be functional in 72 hours, I waited for 72 hours and waited for a few more. then i complained to the airtel customer care who were extremely unhelpful and non professional to the extent of disconnecting calls. The prepaid and postpaid no.'s both indicated that this no. {9818908687} was not with them. Being a proffesional. except losing me some professional financial loss and respect from my clients. i was promised that senior officials will contact me but unfortunately nothing of this sort has taken place. i would like you to look into this matter and act reasonably.
