Heritage parlour at Chandanagar
Overcharged for everything above MRP and Given spoilt Junnu

Hi,

I have recently purchased few items from Chandanagar Heritage parlour.

Milk - MRP 17 Paid - 18

Curd - MRP - 32 Paid - 34

Junnu - 20 (2 pieces) - 40

The problem with the parlour is -

1). Overcharging everything and when asked giving answers very ridiculously.

2). Given spoilt goods, as there is no date printed on the Junnu packs, I couldn't ask him seriously.

I understand if any retail shop is charging 1 or 2 rupees extra, but the Heritage parlour people are directly looting.

Also they are giving adulterated milk at times even if take the milk right away and heat it up without any waiting time and the Best before date printed on the next day. When I went and asked, the same ridiculous answer that they tell is that we have to check and take. What the hell??? How can one check whether the milk is good or spoilt at the time of purchasing? This happened to me at the Heritage parlour opposite to Gulmohar park, lingampally

Heritage - We like the brand. But such type of parlours are ruining the name and earlier I used to buy at least for 2500 on heritage products on milk, paneer and curd considering a baby at home. Now I totally stopped and gone for some local milk.

To the management of Heritage - Please take right steps to prevent such misbehavior of parlour people and make sure that they are responsible for what they are selling for. Or else soon you would be loosing a whole lot of business. Already I have influenced 3-4 friends and should be doing more in the coming days.

Regards,

Dayaka
