This query pertains to Credit Card No. 5239 5044 0048 5192 of Charulata Khanna

We had taken up the ABN Amro's Good Life Programme of Heritage Holidays Pvt. Ltd. in 2009 by paying the necessary charges.

As we wanted to travel in the mont of Jan we had given them sufficient time and posted the necessary documents to them in the last week of November with the Voucher No. 874363 and the necessary instructions to book the ticket post afternoon. We spoke to Ms Navneet the lady coordinating with me on more than 4 occassions.

Now because of their lethargy and non cooperative nature my vouchers have now expired and they have still not reverted back to me. I even went to the various on like air ticket booking sites and found the tickets still available at the old rates.

I would like a complete refund of the charges paid by me for this unprofessional attitute and your choice of selecting a wrong partner for the programme

Kindly look into the matter and revert back at the earliest

*Please note that once the ticket is printed/issued no changes/rescheduling or cancellation is possible/permissible thereafter.

To facilitate payment of taxes and fuel surcharges, you may send us an authorization through email in the following format by filling your card # and expiry date of the card so that Rs 5, 358/-(Rs.5, 358/- towards Airport Tax/Surcharges) can be billed on your card.

Thanks for your E: Mail.

You havn't provide us the Authorization (Credit card No. and the Expiry date) for deducting the money. Thats why we are unable to issue

your Air - Tickets.

Tickets are still available at the same old rates.

If you cannot confirm which sounds like you are cheating us, you return the coupon and we will complain to ABN Amro Bank and ask for reversal of the amount, We had booked more than 50 days before the travel date, if you are not confirming it is your fault for which you will have to bear

You all are making a fool of everbody. The low fares are still available. but you are looking for free tickets and make us pay.

You return the voucher immediately and I will take up the matter with the bank and consumer forum

Please can you let me have the voucher back, you have deliberately delayed the despatch of the same so thai I cannot make another booking, but I will see that the matter is taken up to the highest authority.
