Advance PaidRs.50, 000 but furniture not delivered. Want the refund

Sir,

I have paid Rs.50, 000/- (Fifty thousand only) as advance against the furnitures almost three months ago to Asfaq the workshop owner. It was paid through self cheque# 500538, AXIS Bank Ltd., dated 31/3. Workshop was suppose to complete the and deliver the furnitures within one month time. But till today they Whenever I call them they are giving some or other reason, saying workers are not available and not a single item is delivered.

Finally they are suppose to deliver the all the furnitures by last week but again they failed to do so. I called up Asfaq's mobile but did not on Wednesday but he did not pick-up the phone. I called his assistant and informed that if Asfaq does not call me by Thursday, cancel the order as he failed to deliver multiple times and refund my money back.

Kindly take some action and help me to recover my hard earn money from this cheater.
