I am from the United States and I hired Samiksha Vijay and her company 36t9 Interactive Solutions to complete a database project. She asked for a 30% deposit upfront and pretended to work on the final website for three weeks. During this time she appealed to my emotions by telling me about her husband who works at Oracle and her three month old daughter.
As the deadline neared though, she became demanding, curt, and rude. Just days before the time when she said the website would be complete, she started presenting dramatic reasons for why the project could not be completed. Files I'd sent her suddenly disappeared (she forced me to send everything at least twice), my server suddenly wasn't working (it was), etc etc. The list of false claims for why she couldn't complete the project were endless.
Finally I filed a dispute on the payment through paypal, but because the dispute was electronic in nature, PayPal ruled in favor of Samiksha, the seller. This woman is a scam artist and will spend hours pretending to work on whatever you want her to work on until she runs you into the ground and walks off with your money. Please do yourself a favor and don't hire this person.
