My name is Anoj Kumar Resident of h block street no.16 house no 1449.i booked a connection TriB Combo UL-599 data plan in MTNL on 8th November .they installed the line on 21st November they gave me the telephone no.01126042107.My C A no .is 2083282453 and OB no. is 1270 but my telephone and broadband is not activated so far. i have made many more complaint to MTNL representatives but they didn't took any step to fix my problem.my email-id is [email protected] and contact no. is 9268951952.please do something to solve my problem.i will be very grateful towards you forever.
