I am a postpaid user of Tata Photon and has been using the same for the last 2 years. I had mailed to [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected], but I didnt got any reply so far.
Further I tried to call, Nodal Officer for NE circle, Mr Amit Bhatia, at his cell No.92 070 45 559 .
On January I got to know that, the Photon services will be discontinued from NE cirlce through tata customer care vide Interaction ID 734163828.
I didnt got any intimation / notice has been served prior to discontinuing the services, while I keep on getting bills couriered every month. I am using services for commercial as well as personal purposes, post getting the information I am at total loss, since I am losing business due to this.
Further, I have paid a sum of Rs 2500 against the dongle device, which will be of no use if the services is discontinued.
Request to co-operate and arrange to refund the dongle amount.
