I had ordered a seagate backup plus 1 tb hard drive from timtara.com on 12.12.2012 for Rs.4800.The site promised to deliver the product in 21 days but even after 25 days it has not been shipped yet from their side. I have called several times to their customer care numbers but they always say to wait for 24-48 hours for shipment of the product. I told them to cancel my order and process my refund but again they are telling me to wait 21 days.

I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY TORTURED BY THIS SITE.THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORST.THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES EVEN TALK IN OBSCENE MANNER.THEY PROVIDE FAKE ASSURANCES AND ALWAYS DEMAND 24-48 HOURS.GOD KNOWS WHAT DO THEY MEAN BY 24-48 HOURS.
I HAVE CALLED ALMOST 10 TIMES TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WHICH HAVE COST ME ABOUT 25 RUPEES ALSO RS 4800 WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID TO THIS FRAUD SITE.
I DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING BUT HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY PRODUCT IN THEIR PROMISED TIME
