End of May ordered watch from this company. Paid via an internet payment company. Have tried on various occasions to contact company with regard to my order.
Contacted the internet payment company, been very helpful and they contacted watchez.com who in turn contacted me asking me not to cancel my order. Have emailed them again requesting details of the order, no response. Have since emailed them again asking for a full refund via paypal having cancelled my credit card.
Have tried to email them via 3 different email addresses. No response.
Have lodged a complaint with the Internet Trade Bureau also.
This site is bad news and all I want is my money back!
