airtel broadband and landline connection is providing very poor services. On repeated calling to customer care they are giving request no 44502660 against my landline no 01204331565 and saying again and again that a engineer visit has been scheduled but till now no technical person has ever visited to my home place. When i have requested to forward my call to their senior person they replied that they are busy and they will call back later on but never ever they have called their customer . when i am again calling they are putting me on hold for 25- 30 minutes. Till now airtel services are in a very poor condition.
