Inaction and delay in providing broadband connection

Sir,

This is to bring into your notice the laxity and inaction on the part of your company for not providing broadband connection despite having applied for the same on30th of April. An employee (Mr. Mehendi Ph: 8400767676) from Airtel came to my residence on 30th April and collected necessary documents (Xerox copy of PAN card, xerox copy of House rental agreement). Form for the purpose was filled, payment of Rs.500/- was made through Cheque NO.183527 of Indian Overseas Bank Lucknow and was offered monthly 799 plan. I was further assured that the connection will be installed within two days. Nobody turned up I myself when inquired about the connection I was told that within two days my connection will be installed. Again after further lapse of four days I was again assured that urgently connection will be installed and again I was reminded that we have the best service. It is relevant to mention here that my work is suffering for want of broadband connection. There is absolutely No response from the company for the delay in the matter. Such indifferent attitude towards consumer is really shocking from company of such repute.

It will be very kind of you if you can register my complaint and take necessary action and see my money is refunded at the earliest. Looking forward for prompt response in the matter.
