Company takes money for service contract and promises to replace the candle and carbon in fixed period. They very perticular or insist more for contract money. I have 2years contract, filter was replaced on 12 Nov 06 and it was to replaced again in Nov. Instade service person informs no spares are available and shall be replced within one week. Company has replaced it on 9 May o8. The act of the company is against the service contract agreement. Since total service was not given in time, company should extend service period for the period of six months as a delayed service given.
