Not Providing the Gas Cylinder & telling Lies

Dear All,

This is a complain for agency of Bharat Gas in Court Naka branch. I had a word with a lady employee to deliver the cylinder in my home. The lady shared that they will deliver it asap. I had put a request on 30th July & till today i.e. 1st August i didn't receive it. Most importantly they don't pick up the call & even if they pick up the call they tell clear lies that they will deliver it by today.

Kindly give a solution as i have highly disappointed with the service.
