I booked for LPG gas cylinder on 19.01.2008 against Consumer No. P 14589, but still delivery of the LPG cylinder could not be made. On 28.01.08 I tried whole day to contact the office of distributor to know the status of LPG delivery, on telephone; but it is surprising that nobody was ready to attend my phone call at the office. In the evening I personally went to the office and asked about the same. I got reply that my LPG delivery would be made after two days later. It is often observed that LPG cylinders in black in huge amount to local retailers who sell LPG @Rs. 50/ Kg to the needy persons. I personally observed such scenes on last Sunday (27.01.2008) that delivery boy are selling cylinders to retailers not genuine consumers. Consumers have to wait for the turn under the mercy of distributor and need compel to purchase LPG @Rs. 50 per Kg.
