BSNL prepaid mobile recharge

I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (gujarat circle) using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 56.0 on 13/3 at 2:00 pm and haven't received any refill as yet (5.00 pm same day). Amount of Rs 56/- already been deducted from my account.
