Landline dead

I am residing in Virugambakkam, L&T colony, Chennai.

I have registered for a new internet connection on 3rd July. So, for this a landline phone & internet modem should be installed in 4 working days each. However, I had got landline phone set on 10th day and that line is not working from that day. While installing they said a line man will be coming for giving a new line then only the phone will be working.

So, I'm waiting for morethan 1 week nobody turned up. After this only they will be bringing internet modem to install. I don;t know for that how many days they will taking.
