Mis Handling of Package

I had sent a Courier of Chocolate box packed in tin box sealed with tape to hyderabad. i had also written a declaration stating amount of the package. next 4 days, the status of the courier on the website showed as 'INTERNAL MISROUTE'. The courier phone line was of no help as they had the same status. finally my relative in hyderabd got thru a number and courier was sent to him. To our shock, the package was opened and half of the chocolates were eaten up!!!

First Flight Couriers are Unreliable and a thief i would say.
