Non delivery of product-Kenstar Juicer, Mixer, Grinde

Dear Sir,

I placed an order vide no.701642820 date: sept.17. and cash of Rs.1990.00 as required before delivery, was paid for kenStar Juicer, Mixer and Grinder, but the product has not been delivered yet (30.10.2009). Every time I enquire a lame excuse is given by the sales executives sitting on line assuring that the product will be delivered in next two to three days. They do not have a courtesy even to inform the customers and tell them the correct reason for the delay and time of delivery. Are they running some kind of scam? I am not going to order any product from HS18 in future and the customers be aware of it.
