HP Gas Connection
Non-delivery of New LPG Connection

Dear sir,

I've booked for a new LPG gas connection through our nearest HP Gas dealer Surya Gas Agencies (Alampally Road, Vikarabad, Andhra Pradesh) on 19th April. Reg No.: 27822. I've also submitted all the necessary documents demanded by the agency.

For the past one and half months, when approached for the LPG gas connection kit, they are giving a future date, a day sometime after one week, and this is continuing till now...

Each time the reason is different - if once they say regulator is not available, the next time they say gas cylinder is not available, and the next time, the reason is gas stove is not available...

Please look into the matter, and help us! We are suffering a lot, as we are using kerosene for cooking, which again, is very difficult to get.
